Your new role
As Project Director Organisational Development you will have the opportunity to lead and shape all aspects of talent and organisational development and have a decisive influence in the growth and future business success in International Operations Strategic Office (IO-SO). You will work closely with the leadership team to develop solutions around organizational development culture and ways of working to achieve our ambitious business targets.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
