Project Manager (Municipal & Land Development)
Full-Time PE License Required

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license and proven experience in municipal infrastructure and private land development projects. This role involves leading projects from concept through construction while overseeing teams managing clients and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership

Manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects including site design utility layout permitting and construction oversight.
Lead coordination between internal design teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality timely results.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Monitor project budgets schedules deliverables and quality control.
Oversee preparation of engineering plans specifications technical reports and cost estimates.

Client Management & Business Development

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active projects.
Support business development by preparing proposals scopes and fee estimates.
Foster long-term relationships with municipal agencies developers and other stakeholders.
Represent the firm at client meetings public hearings and industry events.

Team Supervision

Supervise junior engineers designers and support staff.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to grow internal talent.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
Active PE license (non-negotiable)
Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on:
Municipal infrastructure (roads stormwater water/wastewater)
Private land development (commercial residential or mixed-use)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
