The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our team in Hazelwood MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting contracts and agreements
Partnering with Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programs
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
The candidate must possess strong business acumen communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
Supports the sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
1 years experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
1 years experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
Experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
Experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
Experience working service contracts
