In this role you will:
Deliver proactive insights that influence capital allocation and business strategy
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across North America
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting automation
Partner cross-functionally with Finance Procurement Engineering and Business Units
Mentor team members in financial analysis and stakeholder communication
Collaborate across time zones and navigate a dynamic matrix structure
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Masters preferred)
58 years of finance analysis experience in multinational environments including supervising work or managing others.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like SAP Power BI
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership
A passion for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
