Our Event and Retail Sales Specialists typically earn between $50000 and $60000 annually with top performers exceeding $80000 per year through a combination of base pay uncapped commissions and performance incentives. About the Role

  • Represent Rite Window at local retail locations and events promoting our high-quality home improvement solutions

  • Engage directly with prospective and current customers through face-to-face sales conversations

  • Deliver compelling product presentations focused on value quality and expert service

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills

  • Use this role as a launchpad for a long-term career in sales or management

Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment

  • Willingness to travel locally for events and retail campaigns

  • Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays with additional weekday hours available

Schedule & Location

This is a field-based role serving the Greater Boston Area and surrounding markets. Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required with additional weekday opportunities available.
