We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center of Excellence in this role you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA deployments shaping the future of our sales and distribution processes across multiple countries. You will be part of an international cross-functional team that values innovation methodology and long-term thinking making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.

LOCATION:
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office location.

• Drive the successful implementation of SAP SD within our global S/4HANA transformation program ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP SD solutions (including configuration and customization) with a focus on order management pricing billing and shipping.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design realization testing cutover go-live and post go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions.
• Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international cross-functional team to deliver high quality scalable solutions that support our global growth.
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP SD consultant with hands-on exposure to international SAP deployments.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution implementations ideally in large-scale industrial manufacturing multinational environments with Sales and Services business models.
• Strong process knowledge in order-to-cash pricing billing shipping and their integration points with MM FI CO etc and non-SAP solutions (e.g. CRM Field Services).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel international (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
