DescriptionAs a part of our team you will be involved in our main deliveries and tasks such as:
- Prescriptive calculations (3D and 2D) of Container Ships and Multi-Purpose Vessel
- FEM Cargo Hold Analysis for these ship types with in-house calculation tools
- Approval of equipment such as hatch covers rudders lashing bridges and cell guides
- Participation in different practice networks for ship hull and calculation tool development
- Rule development for Container Ships Multi-Purpose Vessels and Cargo Securing
Responsibilities- Regular working time of 39 hours with flextime account and home office possibility
- Interesting and challenging projects extensive customer contacts and excellent opportunities for competence development

Qualifications- An engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) in naval architecture
- Experience with FEM analysis technics and related software (POSEIDON GeniE StowLash)
- Experience with hull structural approval lashing of containers and cargo stowage and securing principles
- Ability to handle several projects in parallel
- Willingness to perform business trips to support our clients and worldwide organization
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing. Preferably good knowledge of German (at least B2) language. The official company language is English (at least C1)
- Team player with a positive attitude who strives to obtain results for the team
- Quick learner data-smart and open-minded
