- Present comprehensive and customized enterprise solutions that address clients strategic priorities fostering strong C-suite relationships and building long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify assess and scale new growth opportunities within core accounts driving strategic initiatives that expand Moodys footprint and influence across the Professional Services segment
- Develop execute and maintain robust strategic account plans including accurate forecasting performance tracking and regular reporting of key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Continuously evaluate emerging top-priority accounts adjusting engagement strategies and resource allocation to maximize impact and deliver optimal results across the portfolio
- Serve as the primary executive contact and escalation point for clients connecting them with the right Moodys resources to address opportunities resolve challenges and ensure satisfaction
