Supervision hours toward BCBA certification

What Youll Do
Oversee and implement individualized ABA programs
Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
Support families through consistent collaboration
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews
What Were Looking For
Enrolled in or completed a Masters degree in ABA Psychology or related field
12 years of ABA or clinical supervision experience
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Valid CA Drivers License and proof of insurance
RBT certification preferred
Must have CPR/First Aid DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance and required immunizations (Rubella Rubeola Mumps Varicella Hepatitis B/Tdap declination acceptable TB clearance within 3 months)
