Proactively work with China client service team to support the new client transition from onboarding team to program support team.
1) Support client service team leader to establish the monitoring procedure and complete the tasks required.
2) Update the pricing plans as per requirement from program support.
3) Help with team on existing field instruction update when necessary.
4) Help with internal team meeting and training organization.
5) Help with client system setting as per requirements.
Consolidate related data required by team leader.
Support team in managing client helpdesk and other tasks as needed.
