Key Responsibilities: (Includes the following but not limited to) - Direct responsibility for the maintenance of the entire facility including office areas warehouse and production.
- Direct responsibility for start-up and management of faulty preventive scheduled extraordinary maintenance.
- Coordination between maintenance warehouse technical facilities to define new standards (Laser Bending welding plasma power tools torches etc..) to encode new components (WamGroup specifications).
- Collaboration with an assistant or head of department to define the maintenance budgetand to manage the expected costs.
- Direct responsibility for implementing and managing preventivemaintenance.
- Direct responsibility for implementing and managing scheduledmaintenance.
- Direct responsibility for implementing and managing extraordinarymaintenance
- Managing machinery of the production departments.
- Management of machine documentation.
- Labelling equipment.
- Management of machine logs and of the corresponding cards.
- Managing and implementing strategic spare partsfor critical machinery.
- Management of external maintenance.
- Management of external maintenance service contracts.
- Management of the new machine warranty period.
- Coordination between maintenance warehouse technical facilities to define new standards (welders plasma power tools etc.) to encode new components.
- Management of maintenance training plans.
- Knowledge of Electro/mechanics (read mechanical design materials treatments).
- Knowledge and use of machine tools (turning milling).
- Knowledge of the major commercial standard equipment (bearings guides pads)
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
Requirements: - Autonomy in solving problems.
- Team working.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to interact with external suppliers (consultants or service providers);
- Cost sensitivity.
- Knowledge of basic software (office: excel word project power point e-mail etc.)
- Reading of electrical diagrams knowledge of all electromechanical components (incremental-absolute encoders remote switches thermal etc.)
Education required: - High-School Certificate in the technical field (Mechanics).
Experience Required: - At least 3 years in roles of electromechanical maintenance technician in complex / structured metalworking companies of verticalized type with a type of production both in series and order
