Production Scheduling Analyst

British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Analyst in Trieste.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning of raw material packaging material and product inventory according to the current stock holding policies - short term and long term.
• Reviewing and updating stock holding policies and stock projections in collaboration with Scheduling Manager Supply Chain Manager and Finance.
• Generating and following up on purchase orders and organizing and following up on deliveries with Logistics
• Third party (customers suppliers distributors) and internal liaising. Managing inventory issues schedule changes and cancellations.
• Tracking escalating and following up on WOFFs (Write-Off) blocked and slow-moving stock.
• Develop daily and weekly production schedules to ensure goods availability. Ensuring continuity of production by effective scheduling of production orders considering material and semi-finished goods (filters cut rags blends) availability and all other constraints that might impact the stability of work in Production Department.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in industrial/Process/Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
• Preferably 2-3 years supply chain experience preferably in a planning role (purchasing production planning MRP)
• Proficiency in using ERP systems SAP and APO knowledge Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge.
• Advanced level of Italian and English languages
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point
• Excellent analytical and planning skills attention to detail result oriented good customer engagement skills strong interpersonal and communication skills autonomy self-learning skills proactiveness
