Job Summary
The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant at The Verve Hotel - BostonNatick is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby area ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly clean and maintain the lobby area of the hotel
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces when needed
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
