About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst FP&A plays a key role in driving business performance through financial reporting forecasting and analysis. This position partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights enhance financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

What Youll Do

Analyze and interpret financial results providing insights on trends variances and key business drivers.
Prepare forecasts budgets and performance dashboards to support business planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports for senior management.
Support affiliate and consolidated financial reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide financial guidance to stakeholders and business units to achieve targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis.
Create presentation materials and business review decks for leadership.
Collaborate across functions to resolve issues align on assumptions and drive results.
Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

3-6 years of relevant financial experience ideally in FP&A corporate finance or banking.
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Proven self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently exercise sound judgment and drive proactive solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building relationships and collaborating across functions cultures and organizational levels.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $71000-$92000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
