Du prüfst mit deinem kritischen Auge die eingelangten Unterlagen.

Du kommunizierst mit unseren Partner*innen löst die Fahrzeugbestellungen aus forderst fehlende Dokumente an

Du kontrollierst die Fahrzeugrechnungen auf ihre Genauigkeit und gibst diese für die Buchhaltung frei.

Fahrzeugauslieferungen fallen in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich

Auch Ummeldungen und Adressänderungen sind von dir zu betreuen

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK HLW ) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre

Wiedereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen

Du hast bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt

Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert

Du hast ein professionelles sympathisches Auftreten und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen

Genauigkeit und Effizienz zählen dabei zu deinen Stärken

Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen

Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von 2.37482 brutto pro Monat je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
