About the Internship

As an Accounts Payable Intern you will be part of our finance team and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international logistics environment. Youll learn how to process and manage invoices communicate with suppliers and support the accounting team in daily operations. This internship will help you develop essential financial and analytical skills while contributing to real business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the checking and registration of incoming invoices in our system.
• Assist in classifying and processing invoices correctly and efficiently.
• Help with bank bookings and monthly reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing management reports and intercompany overviews.
• Provide support during periodic financial closings.
• Contribute ideas to optimize internal processes and systems.

What You Bring

• You are a recent graduate in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized working style.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity in Excel.
• A proactive reliable and adaptable mindset with a positive team-oriented attitude.
