The L&D Specialist Content Developer is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content that supports the growth and performance of IQ-EQs global workforce. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts L&D partners and business leaders to create scalable high-impact learning solutions that reflect IQ-EQs strategic priorities and values.
ABOUT THE JOB
Instructional Design and Content Development
- You will design and produce digital learning materials including e-learning modules videos guides and toolkits using tools such as Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
- Youll apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure content is effective inclusive and engaging
- Youll develop storyboards scripts and prototypes for review and iteration
Learning Program Support
- Youll collaborate with L&D Business Partners to translate learning needs into content solutions
- Youll support the development of onboarding compliance technical and leadership programs
- Youll maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
Learning Technology and Systems
- Youll upload and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Youll ensure content is SCORM-compliant and optimized for various devices
- Youll monitor learner engagement and feedback to inform continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
- Youll partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather insights and validate content
- Youll facilitate content reviews and incorporate feedback
- Youll promote a culture of learning and innovation across the organization
Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience in instructional design and digital content development
- Youre proficient in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production
- You bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Youve worked in a global fast-paced professional services environment (preferred)
- Youre familiar with SCORM xAPI and LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or SuccessFactors
- You hold a bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Human Resources Organizational Development Communications or a related field
- You have a professional certification in instructional design e-learning development or adult learning (e.g. ATD CIPD APTD CPLP or similar)
- You bring 35 years of experience designing and developing digital learning content in a corporate or professional services setting
- You have demonstrated expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Rise Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar platforms
- You understand adult learning theory instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE SAM) and blended learning strategies
- Youve worked with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferably Cornerstone SuccessFactors or similar enterprise platforms
- Youre familiar with SCORM xAPI and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Youre an excellent communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and geographies
- Youve worked in global or cross-cultural learning environments (an advantage)
- You understand data-driven learning evaluation methods and performance metrics
