Key Responsibilities
- To conduct maintenance activities for chilled water systems and provide support to Technical and Quality Services Department (TQSD) under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Assist/provide accurate and timely technical evaluation to all equipment related to Plant and Airside operations across other ENGIE sites
- To support monitoring and optimization of plant performance to achieveenergy efficiency targets while meeting the facilitys cooling demand. Directsupervision of the operations and maintenance of chilled water plants andequipment healthiness in day-to-day tasks. Lead the response toemergency breakdowns of equipment and coordinate with externalvendors for immediate resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact forspecialized service vendors e.g. chiller OEM. Supervise maintenanceteam and contractors for routine and emergency repairs overhaul andsystem upgrades. Execute and lead the preventive and predictivemaintenance programs of all plant equipment. Strong knowledge inanalysing system and chiller data (pressure temperature flowrates forbasic BMS readings and chiller logs including alarms). Monitor andoptimize plant performance to achieve energy efficiency targets whilemeeting the facilitys cooling deman
- Collaborate with the PM team to develop and refine maintenanceprocedures spare parts lists and reliability improvement projects.
Generate comprehensive work reports including root cause analyses(RCA) for failures and submit them to the PM team for system-wideknowledge sharing. Possess good communication and technical skills tocollaborate with other departments and external customers. Prepare andclosely follow SOPs of all O&M processes and plant equipment. Ensureproper chemical treatment of the chilled water system to prevent corrosion scaling and biological growth .Flexible and open to be assigned in more challenging tasks within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering field at least 3-5 years of working experience in related industry.
- Strong understanding of conventional and magnetic chillers including HVAC systems for industrial scale set-up familiarity in BMS controls and set-up proactive and systematic approach to maintenance and operation strong ability to knowledgeable in Microsoft and business related applications including Word Excel and Powerpoint and CMMS.
- Staff Management Technicians and Operators.
- OEM experience preferred
- Experience in coordinating with cross functional departments
- Capability to analyse equipment data and parameters able to translate it into actionable technical and business recommendations to improve performance and reliability of assets
