Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage and streamline employee travel and expense processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies support employees in expense reporting and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

What youll do

Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policy.
Review verify and process vendor invoices & ensure timely payments and maintain accurate AP records.
Resolve discrepancies or policy violations in expense submissions.
Maintain T&E records and generate reports for management and audits.
Worked in shared services environment & end to end Employee reimbursement process.
Managing the credit cards co-ordination with banks.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in T&E system management and process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to employees on T&E policies.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries.

Who you are

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
4 years of experience in T&E finance or accounting.
Experience with T&E platforms (e.g. Concur) and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of corporate travel policies and compliance standards.
Experience with ERP systems NetSuite and global T&E operations.
Analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights for process improvement.
Saas & Security experience preferred.
