Senior BI Developer

• Gather document and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders 
• Design develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using modern BI solutions 
• Implement data models measures and SQL transformations to support analytical needs 
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and business teams to ensure data quality consistency and validity 
• Customize BI components and visualizations to address specific business KPIs metrics and project requirements 
• Conduct data validation performance tuning and ensure the scalability of reports and datasets 
• Prepare and present regular progress updates analytical insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders 
• Develop and enforce industry BI standards documentation and data governance practices.

Qualifications :

• Comprehensive experience in modern BI tools (Power BI Looker Tableau Qlik etc.) 
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL etc.) 
• Proven ability to design and implement complex analytical dashboards with clear storytelling and actionable insights 
• Experience integrating BI tools with multiple data sources (APIs flat files cloud storage etc.) 
• Ukrainian- fluent 
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher. 

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Familiarity with open-source BI tools such as Metabase or Apache Superset  
• Experience with ETL / ELT processes and data warehouse concepts  
• Knowledge of data governance security and compliance principles (especially for sensitive or public-sector data).
