Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Submissions Management
- Prepare review and submit all required documentation to relevant authorities ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local regional and national regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams including design engineering and project management to gather necessary information for submissions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies regulatory bodies and other stakeholders for submission-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities to facilitate the approval process.
- Address queries and provide additional information or clarifications as requested by regulatory bodies.
Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all submission documents are complete accurate and meet the required standards.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all submission records approvals and correspondence.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure projects comply with the latest requirements.
Project Coordination and Reporting
- Collaborate with project teams to align submission timelines with overall project schedules.
- Track the progress of submissions and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or delays in the submission process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Process Improvement
- Evaluate current submission processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing authority submissions across projects.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in regulatory submissions or a similar role.
- Experience working with government agencies or regulatory bodies e.g. LTA PUB NParks URA etc.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
