The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with..

Responsibilities:

1. Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications. Strong ability to analyze complex business problems break them down into manageable components and propose viable solutions. Proficiency in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Ability to engage stakeholders to gather and document detailed clear business and technical requirements. Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User Stories and other documentation. Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio Lucidchart or Bizagi to visualize current and future state processes. Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and other methodologies. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Trello Balsamiq etc.). Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel SQL or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Knowledge of ERP systems CRM software or industry-specific applications can be beneficial 2. Ability to manage and support organizational change during the implementation of new systems processes or technology. Engage with stakeholders (business users managers executives) to gather and document business requirements objectives and desired outcomes. Conduct interviews workshops surveys and observations to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze and break down business requirements into clear actionable technical specifications for development teams. Identify

inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized business processes that drive efficiency reduce costs and enhance productivity. Facilitate process reengineering initiatives and assist in the implementation of new workflows or systems. Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical constraints. Document functional specifications use cases user stories and process flows to guide development and implementation. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specification documents (FSDs) and other technical documentation.

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned JAVA Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Must Have: - Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related field. - Must have 8 years of industry experience in related technologies - Strong Computer Science foundation (data structures algorithms databases distributed systems). - Expertise in Java software development is a must have. Minimum Java 8 & Java 11 is preferred. - Strong in spring boot - Ability to develop REST APIs. - General understanding of SQL is needed - General understanding of MongoDB is needed - Experience with AWS - Understanding of container technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Cloud Foundry or Hashicorp Nomad/Consul/Vault). - Practice of modern software engineering including agile methodologies coding standards code reviews source control management build processes test automation and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline. - Working knowledge in Solid project & client - Must have excellent client communication skills
