Existing Installation Group Leader (Supervisor)
Your main responsibilities
- Role:
Responsible for Deploying the EI strategy to achieve the objectives of responsiveness reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability2. Responsibility:
Operational
- Generate repair revenue as per the target set.
- Responsible for the implementation of technical training and technical circulars (TCs) for maintenance staff.
- Ensures deployment of maintenance people/ resources to the allotted operating locations so that there is a balance between contract fulfillments productivity and meeting customer expectations.
- Responsible for the payment collection.
- Quality inspection of the maintenance work carried out by his team.
- Responsible for coordination with the PWD inspections.
Team Management
- Sets objectives for his team in line with the Branch/ region objectives and bases on the guidelines provided by the company.
- Supervises the Engineers team to achieve the region targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC) SU Customer satisfaction Contracts conversion contract price.
- Assesses skills and competency for his team and uses various interventions like coaching on the job training and classroom training in coordination with the Branch Manager and Sr. Manager Maintenance at Mumbai.

Education:
Mandatory: Diploma or BE
Desirable: MBA
Professional experience:
- 10 years from the industry
- Exposure to the Service Business
- Managed Service operations for a systems driven company for at least 2 years.
Languages:( levels: proficiency advanced intermediate basic)
- English (proficiency)
- Hindi (advance)
- Regional languages (basic)
Preferences :
Experience in the elevator industry.
