Senior Services Consultant – MFT B2B API Integration

We are seeking our new Senior Consultant MFT / B2B / API Integration to join the Axway team!

As a Senior Services Consultant you will lead and deliver integration projects focused on Managed File Transfer (MFT) B2B and API Management solutions. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation deployment and customer support. Your role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) and B2B or API integration is a strong plus we can also train you if youre motivated to learn. Most importantly experience working on integration projects is highly valued.

Projects

• Integration of MFT B2B API : Design and implement secure scalable solutions for file transfer and business-to-business data exchange. Support customers in deploying and integrating API-based architectures to enhance interoperability and digital transformation.
• Custom Development: Develop scripts or components (Java JavaScript Python REST) to meet specific client requirements.
• Security and Compliance: Implement solutions aligned with enterprise security standards (PKI SSO OAuth SAML) and industry protocols (SFTP HTTPS AS2 PESIT).
• End-to-End Delivery: Conduct workshops translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth deployment in hybrid environments (on-premises cloud containers).
• Collaboration and Advisory: Work closely with internal teams and clients providing guidance best practices and proactive recommendations.

Technical Skills

Expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) and B2B or API integration.
Solid understanding of communication protocols (SFTP HTTPS AS2 PESIT) and security standards (PKI SSO OAuth SAML).
Hands-on experience with middleware ESB SOA and hybrid environments (Cloud On-Premises Containers).
Strong development background (Java JavaScript Python Bash REST).
Good knowledge of networking IT infrastructure and security principles.
Proficiency with Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in integration projects (MFT API B2B).
Ability to manage the entire project lifecycle: analysis design implementation and deployment.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities comfortable working independently when needed.
Strong client relationship skills and a genuine sense of service.
