About The Opportunity

Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking a Reporting and Compliance Officer to join our Aegis Correctional Partnership team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team thatis responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contract documentation including invoices credit notes; and maintaining contract data in the Companys business systems. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.


Nature of the position: Full Time Maternity Leave Cover

Location: Ararat

Reporting Line: Management Accountant

Key responsibilities

  • Contract and Jobs Management involving processing data using Navision processing Sundry job invoicing and general filing and preparation of contract documentation.
  • Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Reporting and Communication including reporting and interacting with client in contract job issues
  • Undertake month end financial requirements in line with PFM requirement
  • Assist with the Operations and Commercial Manager with contract administrative requirements and data analysis

About You

To thrive in this role ideally you will have previous experience within an administration role a can-do attitude knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Have work experience in a similar role with exposure to high volume data entry and invoicing
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Maximo Application Suite is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The position requires the successful candidate to hold (or be willing to obtain) a current National Police Check.
