Working within the Capital Development Department the Project Coordinator will report through the AVP/Director Capital Development.
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Capital Development team to support complex/large scale capital projects from inception through to completion
- Participate in project related meetings as required
- Support senior project manager on communication between end-users consultants and construction teams to ensure hospital objectives are met throughout the planning and project implementation processes
- Support end-user meetings and obtaining subsequent deliverables; ensure these are planned and executed efficiently to align with the project schedule
- Participate in document review (i.e. architectural drawings submissions etc.)
- Assist senior project manager with administrative functions and processes
- Ensure thorough documentation is maintained throughout the lifecycle of projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- College or university education in architecture engineering other planning and management fields or recognized equivalent required
- One to three years of practical and related experience within health care and knowledge of architectural design/planning and hospital redevelopment is preferred
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as motivated to be self-directed and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organization priority setting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project timelines and scope
- Must demonstrate Oslers Values of Respect Excellence Service Compassion Innovation and Collaboration
- Demonstrated computer skills specifically Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Project and Auto-CAD would be an asset
- Ability to travel between all Osler sites

Hours: Currently days Monday to Friday (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
Onsite First: Roles that frequently support direct patient care and have dedicated hours when they are available to patients team members and/or other partners.
Annual Salary:
Minimum: $79.521.00
Maximum: $99391.50
