Job Summary
As an Operations Consultant within our Workforce Solutions team youll be the go-to person for matching nurses to client shifts quickly and effectively. Youll engage with both new and existing staff build strong client relationships and help keep Australias healthcare system running smoothly.
This is a dynamic fast-paced role that blends customer service coordination and problem-solving. Youll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration initiative and a great sense of humour.
Day to day!
- Rapidly fill client shift requests to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and healthcare clients.
- Proactively engage available candidates and convert new registrations into active shift workers.
- Work closely with recruitment and after-hours teams to ensure smooth placements.
- Maintain accurate records and communication in internal systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business growth.

Youre confident organised and love a challenge with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ideally youll have experience in scheduling coordination recruitment or customer service and thrive in a fast-paced team-based environment where you can help others succeed. Strong attention to detail and solid computer literacy are essential.
