Assistant Manager Wanneroo Tavern
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Wanneroo Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals.
Sitting in the heart of Wanneroo on Wanneroo Road we are physically and intrinsically connected to the community that surrounds us. A stones throw away from Lake Joondalup and the parks that border it weve been serving locals and visitors alike for years. Our menu takes inspiration from our surroundings and the history of our community with traditional pub classics and new modern dishes packed full of flavour.
If guests are hoping to watch the game or to catch up with their mates over a beer they can head to our Sports Bar. Sit inside challenge each other to a game of pool or watch all the action on our large screens or head outside to soak up the rays in our beer garden while choosing from our refined sports bar menu.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of their crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
The Salary: $76600 superannuation bonus
About you:
- Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and Approved Manager car as per WA state requirements
