Assistant Manager Brooklands Tavern
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Brooklands Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals. Sitting on Warton Road Brooklands Tavern is in the hub of Southern River just south of Perths CBD.
When it comes to a local we tick every box. Were dedicated to bringing our guests delicious food in our Family Bistro a spacious dining area where guests can share a meal with loved ones while the little ones enjoy our dedicated kids menu.
Our menu takes inspiration from local suppliers with delicious pizzas succulent steaks fresh seafood and all the classic pub fare.
Head to our Sports Bar and our guests will feel right at home with our friendly team behind the bar always up for a chat. Whether catching the game on one of our eleven huge screens or just settling in for a drink we have everything our guests need.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
The Salary: $76600 superannuation bonus
About you:
- Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements
