- Guide each customer through RWSCs Ultimate Fit Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers answering questions and assisting with product selections
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash credit card payments and returns according to company procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with inventory management including receiving stocking and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about product features promotions and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in loss prevention efforts by remaining vigilant and following security protocols
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for processing sales and managing inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
