General Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist:

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist and leadership of the Rehab Therapy Services Team Leader and/or Inpatient or Outpatient Manager
  • Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess the Speech Language Cognitive Voice and Swallowing limitations and medical condition of patients.
  • Prescribes and implements a treatment program which is designed to return patients to their maximum level of function.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited academic program
  • Successful completion of Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship
  • Licensure from State of Maryland ASHA certification
  • Current AHA Health Care Provider CPR certification.

Salary Range: Minimum 36.47/hour - Maximum 60.21/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
