Job Summary

We are seeking a PMI Data Leader to support the digital transformation of our clients IT environments during post-merger integration initiatives. This role serves as the central point of reference for all data-related topics ensuring strong governance architecture consistency and seamless migration across systems.

  • Champion and implement enterprise-wide data governance principles to ensure compliance integrity and traceability
  • Ensure consistent data architecture across applications and platforms aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Map and document data flows for both current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states to support integration planning
  • Lead data transformation and migration efforts between legacy and target IT ecosystems ensuring minimal disruption and high data quality
  • Oversee data security and access management ensuring appropriate controls and permissions are in place throughout the integration lifecycle

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in data governance data migration and enterprise data architecture within complex IT environments
  • Proven expertise in data mapping migration strategy and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data integrity and transformation
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Data Science or a related field
  • Certification in data governance or data management (e.g. DAMA DCAM) is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English (required); proficiency in French is a plus
