Job Summary
Work with the Banquet and/or Catering Directors to manage organize and monitor banquet events. Coordinate and oversee physical setup requirements and execution. Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china glassware silverware equipment and uniforms. Interact and coordinate details with other departments. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring scheduling training coaching evaluating promoting counseling and discharging.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Three (3) years of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
