Job Summary
The Poker Shift Manager is responsible for the daily poker operation during their shift. As the Poker Shift Manager your role will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximizing revenue by controlling payroll.
- Responsible for spreading the appropriate games in a timely fashion.
- Leads and directs the poker team.
- Accountable for diffusing problem situations and making consistent accurate floor-calls.
Qualifications :
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants must have through knowledge of Poker rules.
- Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must be able to clearly communicate in English.
- This position requires a minimum of 10 years of operational experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times
- Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years or older.
