Job Summary
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Ensure garbage is collected and disposed off correctly from all kitchen areas
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Qualifications :
- Mutfağın temiz olmasını sağlamak
- Kullanılan tencere ve tavaları toplayıp yıkamak
- Yemek hazırlama alanlarını temiz tutmak
- Çöpün düzenli toplanmasından ve boşaltılmasından sorumlu olmak
- Gıda ve ekipman sevkiyatlarını boşaltmak
- Mutfak deposunu düzenlği tutmak
- Tüm çalışma alanının temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan emin olmak
- Mutfağın temiz olmasını sağlamak
- Kullanılan tencere ve tavaları toplayıp yıkamak
- Yemek hazırlama alanlarını temiz tutmak
- Çöpün düzenli toplanmasından ve boşaltılmasından sorumlu olmak
- Gıda ve ekipman sevkiyatlarını boşaltmak
- Mutfak deposunu düzenlği tutmak
- Tüm çalışma alanının temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan emin olmak
