- Designs develops configures and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Administration configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong track record in implementing solutions.
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM Customer Service Management (CSM) and integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
- Experience with LDAP Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
