Main purpose and context of the role
Create an environment where product teams can work in a user centric way and execute user surveys (without conducting fully comprehensive market research) for PT- Power Tools
Tasks
- enable product teams to conduct simple qualitative user surveys / questionnaires independently (training support in setting up questionnaires guidance in interview analysis)
- set up user pools for efficient user recruiting
- set up user knowledge hubs to store insights and make them available to the organization
- collaborate with our IT Team to develop AI supported interview / analysis tools
- categorize large number of product projects regarding need for user research
- partly execute qualitative user research in coordination with Product Management and Design
- coordinate annual market research request process in collaboration with central market research team
Qualifications :
Skills / Education
- Bachelor/Master in UX Research Market Research Applied Ethnography Psychology or related fields
- 10 years of professional experience
- advanced English skills (communication with international stakeholders a must)
- experience in multinational corporate environment
- preferably product development expertise (hardware products)
- fantastic communication and stakeholder management
Mindset
- balance professionalism and pragmatism
