Full-Time SCHADS Level 3 $38.65/hr Penalties ($77K - $85K/year)
Access to Salary Packaging options of over $15k
Roster: Rotating 7-day schedule including weekends and overnights

What Youll Do
- Deliver person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals.
- Promote safety wellbeing and self-determination.
- Support daily living health needs and positive behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate with a passionate team across a 7-day rotating roster.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or relevant qualification) - Desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
- Valid full drivers licence
- First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
- Willingness to complete core and therapeutic training.
