Job Summary
Associates degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements resources personnel funding and scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint to support program operations.
Day to Day:
Supports planning organizing directing coordinating and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
Assists in coordinating project activities including work package drafting work breakdown structure management and related program functions.
Manages logistics for travel meetings briefings and other activities essential to program execution.
