Job Summary

Overview

St. Lukes Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial multidisciplinary Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation team in Boise Idaho. The selected individual will be working to provide coverage in a flex teams goal is to stabilize slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease. Providing education and counseling support to help our patients adjust their lifestyle behaviors and help them develop sustainable healthy habits in exercise nutrition and weight management. ACLS experience is needed.

What You Can Expect:

1- 10hr shift per pay period
Working with a diverse multidisciplinary team: RNs OT PT Respiratory Therapy Exercise Physiologists NP/PA Dieticians LCSWs.
