Deli Supervisor at SPAR Tralee (Oak Park)
We are seeking a dedicated Deli Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Tralee (Oak Park). As a Deli Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our deli department ensuring high-quality food preparation excellent customer service and a clean working environment.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of deli staff providing guidance and support
Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Create staff schedules and assign tasks effectively
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a deli environment and be eager to advance their career further.
Working alongside our strong Deli Manager the Deli Supervisor will gain valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This full-time position requires availability 5 out of 7 days a week.
