Within this framework we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated Cloud Services Operation Center Engineer to join a team of future shapers.
The successful candidate will be a member of Cloud Services Operation Center (CSOC) that provides 24/7 operation & monitoring of the Data Center infrastructure and facilities that host Intracom Telecom Corporate & Cloud Services. CSOC also provides monitoring of 3rd party IT services to selected Customers.
The successful Candidate will be tasked with:
- Real time Services infrastructure and Data Center facilities monitoring
- Call dispatching based on input from event monitoring systems (for logical and physical events)
- Incident resolution time monitoring and escalation
- Service provisioning
- Backup operation and monitoring
- Providing regular status reporting
Requirements - Bachelors degree (TEI AEI or equivalent) in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Knowledge in operating systems (MS Windows UNIX/Linux)
- Very good command of MS Office applications
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken & written)
- Drivers license
Nice to have
- Knowledge in IP networking.
- Familiarity with VMWare Cisco and Fortinet Netapp environments
- Network & systems administration experience
Personal Characteristics
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a multi-vendor environment
- Flexibility - Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. call availability shifts etc)
- Good communication skills
