The Position
Roche Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking an individual to join the Customer Engagement Chapter as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to drive value creation for patients the ecosystem and this role youll generate actionable customer insights and position Roches products to deliver better patient outcomes.
We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced strategic and patient-centric professional to join our team as a Patient Journey Partner in Oncology (lung cancer). This is a senior-level field-based role where you will actively engage with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to generate insights shape strategies and position Roches products to drive value for patients healthcare professionals and Roche.

Your impact
As a PJP in Oncology you will be the catalyst for change in the oncology patient journey bridging the gap between Roches innovative treatments and the evolving needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
Your key responsibilities
Gather and share stakeholder insights and advocate the appropriate use of Roches products
Influence strategy and tactical omnichannel engagement plans based on customer insights
Ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct and local regulations

Deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in oncology.
Broad understanding of Roches portfolio and pipeline.

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
