Any mortgage lender that commits at least 10% of its profits to helping the neighborhoods it serves is an Impact Lender.

What You Need To Know

Obtains necessary documentation and/or signatures for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Veterans Affairs (VA) documents or USDA requirements
Completes packages for FHA/VA/USDA and sends to the appropriate agency for processing
Works with the different applications for FHA/VA/USDA to enter data and electronically insure loans as applicable
In the resolution process works with internal partners clients closing agents listing/selling agents etc. to obtain required documentation and/or signatures.

What We Are Looking For

1 years of processing or closing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Detail oriented ability to support multiple tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills team player

Even Better

Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$41700.00 - $50900.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
