The Loyalty team is responsible for our Nordic proprietary card benefits as well as communication and marketing to our existing card this role you will be responsible for the content in our digital customer-facing marketing channels. The role requires strong communication skills ability to handle digital systems as well as great structure and an eye for detail. It is also essential to be a strong collaborator to be able to manage requests and updates from several teams as well as partner with our external agencies.
The current digital channels that are in focus are our Webb and Experiences app. They are crucial communication tools that provide our card members with all information they need to be able to utilize their benefits and maximize their American Express membership.
This is a 12-month assignment and during this time you will manage all content and updates for all teams in ICS (International Card Services). The tasks will range from updating the Webb during campaigns and improving the information on our benefit pages to being responsible for the entire content in the Experiences app and structuring processes for content updates between ICS the Digital team and the servicing teams.
As a digital marketing executive you will be:

Minimum Qualifications
Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English
Preferably a degree in Marketing or Communications
