Client located in Greenville/Donaldson Center Area is in the market for a Maintenance Technician

Hours: 7am-4pm (M-F); however must be flexible to work overtime when needed

Pay Range: $25/$30 (Depends on Experience)

Qualifications-Job highlights

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years experience in one or more of the areas

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working on gears gearboxes chains bearings etc

Ability to read electrical schematics and efficiently use a multi meter

Understanding of electrical systems such as 480-volt and 24-volt circuits

Solid experience with fluid pumps and AC/DC motors

Displays initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

Understanding of pneumatic systems such as solenoids cylinders and diaphragm pumps

Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies

Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work outside during inclement weather if needed

Must be able to use required Personal Protective Equipment

Able to work off of a ladder

Able to lift 50Lbs.

Responsibilities

Monitor a diverse array of production systems and equipment to identify any issues

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Complete routine preventative maintenance thoroughly and on time

Diagnose and repair hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical equipment issues

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues

Understand and follow all Safety procedures such as lockout-tagout and wearing proper PPE

Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Responsible for the repair trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems

This position reports to the maintenance manager
