About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Seller Support Team in Lisbon.
In this position you will support online sellers by providing professional solution-oriented assistance to help them succeed on the platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to sellers through phone chat and email.

  • Manage inquiries related to accounts orders and platform processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sellers performance and drive their success.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate case records in the system.

  • Ensure all communications meet the brands quality standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C2) and good English (B2).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service telesales account management or customer success ideally linked to business development.

  • Sales awareness and the ability to influence seller success (mandatory).

  • Strong communication empathy and problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Sunday rotating shifts:

    • 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (2 rotating days off)

  • Later stage: Possible 24/7 rotation (to be confirmed by the client).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: 1100 14 months

  • Performance bonus: 100 11 months

  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day

  • Transport allowance: 20 per month

  • Health insurance: active from day one
