What youll build

In this paid role you would work for the market leader in enterprise application software and be part of a company that values transparency curiosity ownership and teamwork.
A channel to expand your network and gain all the necessary skills to succeed in P&C (People & Culture) while working at a global companyin an international team and collaborative environment.
On-the-job training supported by experienced experts and colleagues.

• Generate employment contracts for candidates and create employee profiles for new hires in SuccessFactors (HCM).
• Transfer data of employees who are moving to different teams/locations.
• Manage employee personal data changes such as marital status bank details etc. for German location.
• Update employment/career changes including but not limited to promotions compensation changes and terminations.
• Process payment requests for employees from other HR functions.
• Develop a deep understanding of HR processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience.
• Take advantage of opportunities for teams innovative projects that help drive SAPs technology while improving our data maintenance processes.

What you bring
