Job Summary
Location: Remote-friendly with some on-site collaboration Duration: 36 months (minimum 20 hours/week) Compensation: $18/hour performance bonus for successful campaigns Eligibility: Junior/Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing communication PR or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to influencers and creators in the home improvement/lighting/DIY space
- Coordinate sample shipments and content creation schedules
- Track campaign performance including engagement reach and conversions
- Assist with product seeding UGC collection and performance reporting
- Manage influencer communications and contracts with support from the team
