We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory display organization and the overall appearance of our dealership lot. This position plays a key role in creating a professional first impression for our customers and ensuring smooth coordination between sales service and delivery operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the organization and flow of all new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot.
Maintain the cleanliness presentation and display of vehicles to dealership standards.
Track and report vehicle inventory movement between departments.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for vehicle staging fueling and delivery preparation.
Supervise lot attendants/porters to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor vehicle keys dealer plates and lot security procedures.
Assist with photography window stickers and signage as needed.
Perform regular lot audits to verify vehicle location accuracy.
Qualifications
Previous automotive lot or inventory management experience preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
